A new study between MTV and Subway reveals that Millennials’ food habits are sometimes influenced by their friends, since one third of respondents have either been pressured or pressure their peers for not eating healthy. 40% of those surveyed felt guilty after eating unhealthy foods, and though 9 in 10 think being food-conscious is important, 6 in 10 feel that life is too busy to follow a meal schedule. (Viacom)
