An aperitif made for moderate-drinking Millennials wants to replace the Aperol Spritz. The famously derided-by-drink-critics Aperol Spritz rose to fame thanks to a savvy marketing scheme and a low-alcohol, summery flavor profile. Startup Haus is betting that it’s just the beginning.
