Young consumers are “sober-curious,” and Coca-Cola is cashing in. The beverage giant recently acquired Bar None, a line of cocktail-inspired creations, sans alcohol. The Spiced Ginger Mules, Bellini Sritzs, Dry Aged Ciders, and Sangrias are bottled in dark glass reminiscent of their spiked relatives rather than other carbonated drinks. But the company will have a lot of competition as more brands and bars go beyond Shirley Temples and O’Doul's for young customers seeking alcohol-free drinks. (Beverage Daily, Vox)
