Verizon wants to help parents keep tabs on their children with their new service Smart Family. For a $4.99 monthly fee, users will be able to set boundaries on content and limit screen time. For a $9.99 fee, they can get the premium service and track their kids’ location as well. Ypulse research has shown that Millennial parents are trying to avoid helicopter parenting, but when asked if they would track their child’s location with GPS, over half say they would.
