Current’s Visa debit card allows parents to set up recurring auto-transfers for allowances, or link up chore completion with fund distribution. Users can also set daily spending limits, ATM withdrawal limits, and block select purchases or whole categories of merchants—like casinos and bars. Ypulse predicted that this would be the year that fintech solutions are developed with teens in mind, increasing their online shopping potential. (TechCrunch)
