Millennials are worried about money’s impact on their health and relationships. According to E-Trade Financial, over half of 25-34-year-olds say worrying about finances negatively impacts their health, and 53% agree it’s affecting their relationships for the worse as well. Mounting student loan debt, stagnating job market growth, and an ingrained Great Recession mindset are some of the reasons they may be stressed about money. One financial planner’s advice: “Freeze your assets,” as in literally freeze your credit card in ice, and stop spending. (CNBC)
