Mattel says their sales aren’t looking so merry, and Christmas is practically here. The brand announced that they’ll have to “heavily discount merchandise” just to move it off the shelves. This isn’t the first time they’ve faced declining revenues in recent years, and other companies are being hit by falling holiday toy sales, too—Hasbro also expects a decline this season.
