Now, Airbnb reports that Gen Z is driving interest in searches for Halloweekend rentals, which have increased 45% year-over-year for the demo, compared to 15% overall. Renters are getting into the spirit of the season, with “Halloween-inspired” wish lists up 60%, and wish lists with “witch” in the title up 15%. No surprise, Salem, MA is reportedly the top trending destination for the 10/31 weekend.
