In this case, it’s about spending the final months of the year getting serious about being healthy, keeping routines, or finally checking off their 2025 goals before 2026 begins. The trend started in mid-August when creator @shmeat posted NBA highlights with the caption, “The type energy we bringing to the great lock in aug-oct 2025.” The TikTok has since racked up over 246K views and 56K likes and inspired a wave of similar content.
