Bots, which can facilitate everything from shopping to customer service, have resonated strongly with Millennials who already use messaging as a part of their daily communication. Young users reportedly spend nearly an hour a day on Facebook Messenger, so being able to “check sports scores, order pizza, pay their monthly bills” through the app only enhances convenience.
