LinkedIn is giving Gen Z work advice through a new podcast, Let’s Talk Offline. The platform has been moving into audio for a few years now, but this is the first launch in it’s new partnership with iHeartRadio. Two professionals from LinkedIn’s team will be discussing the balance of work and life in a young person’s early career years, even answering “unfiltered questions” to create an open, honest conversation. YPulse knows that podcasts are a Gen Z fave, but a healthy work / life balance is an even bigger part of their ideal lives, so this overlap could be exactly what they want. (Social Media Today)
