LGBTQ+ students and new graduates are looking for representation in the workplace. New research shows Gen Z is the most likely of any generation to identify as LGBTQ+ and it’s impacting their job search. Amongst the 36% of survey participants who are LGBTQ+, the vast majority are hesitant to work for a company that isn’t outwardly a community ally or where they don’t feel they can be their authentic self. Similarly, visibility for LGBTQ+ people in leadership makes them more likely to accept a job offer—especially amongst LGBTQ+ people of color. (Pink News)
