Millennials are the most optimistic generation when it comes to facing work-life challenges. According to a survey from Egon Zehnder and Kearney of over 8K people across eight countries, 70% of Millennials say they’re “more willing to leave their jobs for a more meaningful position” than any other gen. They also found that Millennials embody the most ambition when it comes to being promoted to higher positions and leadership roles. This gen feels like they have the most control over their lives and are open to risk taking. Plus, Millennials are most interested in the four day work week. Overall, this data proves that Millennials are ready to take over important roles in the workplace and should be given the opportunities to do so. YPulse’s Employment and Career report data shows that young workers are prioritizing passion for their careers the most—even over salary. (Newsweek)
