Millennial employees are changing the way companies take on tech. At PricewaterhouseCoopers, where a majority of U.S. employees were “born roughly between 1980 and 2000,” digital collaborative tools have been implemented to suit the new generation of employees that have “only ever worked in an internet-enabled economy.” The company’s Boston Harbor office, which opened in 2015, has replaced annual performance reviews with an app that gives real-time feedback, and instead of assigning offices, another app allows workers to reserve workspaces each day.
