According to Chase, 75% of 18-34-year-olds say they have fought with a partner about finances in the last six months, compared to 72% of Xers, and 62% of Boomers. Of course, younger couples’ comparatively more stressful financial situations are part of their strife, but they are also more likely to talk about finances than older couples—which experts say is actually better in the long run.
