From young fans staying up late to watch new episodes of Love Island as they air overseas to finding workarounds to watch series before they’re officially available in their region (like many Europeans did with Heated Rivalry), young people across continents are obsessing over many of the same shows. And of course, they’re flooding TikTok with reactions after every episode or season drop, turning a hit show in one country into a global obsession overnight. But much like YPulse sees with young people’s summer movie plans, there are still some media that resonate in different regions.
