And lately, that narrative has seemed to pick up even more steam, as recent headlines are filled with claims like, “Gen Z is flocking to church,” “Young men are leading a religious resurgence,” and “More young people are buying Bibles and turning to prayer.” Even the Catholic Church is getting Gen Z attention, thanks mostly to memes surrounding the election of Pope Leo XIV.
