Gen Z might fear aging poorly, but that won’t stop their modern vices  Gen Z’s fear of aging is rapidly gaining attention from what started with a viral Reddit thread that has now bled over to TikTok. To this gen, (although it was true for Millennials, too) turning 30 is perceived quite clinically as losing attractiveness, social standing, and romantic prospects. But for Gen Z specifically, their growing age anxiety (and the fear of “aging like milk”) can be attributed to factors like stress, social media comparisons, and mass exposure to anti-aging trends.   And yet, over on TikTok, a new audio trend has Gen Z showing off their worst habits for their health—ones they know will catch up with them sooner or later.
