YPulse has long informed you of young people’s love for traveling, and YPulse’s Travel report shows over nine in 10 young Europeans are interested in taking trips. Our data also shows the majority agree that travelling is important for their well-being, and that Gen Z and Millennials took over two trips each on average over the past year. Even while their budgets have been tighter in the last year, we see them prioritizing the spending that brings them joy with the majority of 13-39-year-old Europeans agreeing, “I find that I appreciate my money more when I use it to do something I enjoy rather than buying a product.” From mini-breaks to mini-sabbaticals, these gens are making their travel dreams come true. Travel continues to be prioritized by young people, but of course they’re not necessarily planning their trips the same way that previous gens did.
