Although YPulse’s new Gen Z in Their Job Era trend report shows most young people in general would apply for a job through socials, they don’t see TikTok or Instagram as their alternative to Indeed or LinkedIn just yet. However, plenty are using social media to see which companies they like are hiring and as a background check on potential employers.
