Jeff Jones becomes EVP/CMO for Target. Most recently, he spent time on the agency side and earlier he was the CMO at Gap Inc. (Via Ad Age, reg required)

Joe Levy has been named the new Editor-in-Chief of Billboardmagazine. He most recently was Editor at Maxim, and before that,Blender. (Via FishbowlNY)

Shannon Nettleton is promoted to VP/Production for Wildbrain Entertainment. Nettleton will oversee all areas of production for Wildbrain and will manage multiple projects, including Mattel’s animated Monster High specials and webisodes, The Ricky Gervais Show, and Super Best Friends Forever, a shorts series for Warner Bros., which features crime fighters Supergirl, Batgirl and Wonder Girl. She has been with Wildbrain for two years, and before that was VP/Production and Post Production for DIC Entertainment. (Via Cynopsis)
