The Catholic Church is canonizing the first Millennial saint this month. Carlos Acutis, born in 1991, was in many ways a normal Italian teen, but he was also committed to sharing information about miracles the church recognized online—all before his untimely passing at 15-years-old. As many have looked to make him a saint over the last decade, Acutis’ body was moved to a shrine for St. Francis, and it’s there two miracles have allegedly occurred. Millions have gone to see him, and the relatability for children and teens is making Acutis a powerful figure. (New Castle News)
