Young people of color are going all in on wellness—even more so than their White/non-Hispanic peers. YPulse’s Health and Fitness data shows most young people of color (63%) agree that a healthy lifestyle is “all or nothing,” compared to just 47% of White/non-Hispanics, a +16pt gap. They’re also more likely to say staying fit is a big part of their life (80% vs. 74%) and to follow a strict wellness routine (31% vs. 24%).
