Every brand is commenting on the Kit Kat heist  Another heist just happened in Europe and no, it’s not a sequel to the Louvre situation. This time, it’s somehow even more random: a massive KitKat robbery. On March 26, a truck carrying around 12 tons of Formula 1 car-shaped KitKat bars reportedly disappeared while en route from Italy to Poland. (And oddly enough, this isn’t even the first large-scale chocolate theft the region has seen.) KitKat later confirmed the theft in an “Official Statement” across social channels—looking eerily similar to the recent fake apology trend format—and the situation quickly turned into meme fuel. One post on X with 138K likes photoshopped characters from Breaking Bad standing in front of the stolen candy. On another X post with 30K likes, a creator wrote, “Now after that KitKat heist has worked, we found the perfect transport for the Toblerone heist,” with a picture of a triangle-shaped train.  Brands didn’t miss the opportunity to make jokes either.
