Gen Z’s latest foodie trend involves a craze for cucumbers  Thanks to user @logagm, cucumbers are the latest super simple and oddly satisfying viral snack. Logan was previously known on TikTok for kimchi recipes, but cucumber mixes are his true claim to fame. In his first big hit TikTok, he kicks off the video by saying, “Sometimes you need to eat an entire cucumber.” He then proceeds to slice one up with a mandolin into a container and add various sauces and seasonings including soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, green onions, sesame oil, toasted sesame seeds, and a sprinkle of MSG. The whole process is super easy and clearly delicious with so many young people loving it.   In the wake of that first video, he’s made more and more, racking up millions of views, with one hitting over 20M.
