This may include adding or updating professional information such as job title, employer, business contact details, and similar fields, using data from publicly available sources or trusted third party providers. We use this enriched information to better understand our business contacts, personalize our communications, and improve the relevance of our sales and marketing efforts.

How individuals can opt out of HubSpot’s enrichment dataset

Opting Out of HubSpot’s Enrichment DatasetSome of our enrichment services are powered by HubSpot’s commercial enrichment dataset. Individuals whose professional data is included in this dataset can request that HubSpot delete their data from that dataset. To request removal of your data from HubSpot’s enrichment dataset, you can follow the instructions provided by HubSpot in its Privacy Preferences tools or in any email you receive directly from HubSpot about inclusion in its enrichment dataset. When you do so, HubSpot will delete your data from its enrichment systems and stop using it for enrichment purposes.

How individuals request deletion of enriched data from YPulse systems

To submit a deletion request, please complete our Data Request Form at: https://na1.hs-data-privacy.com/request/RTES4qMpzYgRbqWlgEfDfw. We will verify your request and respond in accordance with applicable data protection laws. When we receive a valid deletion request, we will: Remove or irreversibly anonymize personal data we hold about you, except where we are legally required or permitted to retain certain information; and Remove any HubSpot provided enriched data from your record in our systems, where applicable. If you prefer, you may also submit a deletion request by emailing us at privacy@ypulse.com with “Data Deletion Request” in the subject line and sufficient information to identify you in our systems. After we verify your identity, we will: Delete or irreversibly anonymize personal data we maintain about you, except where we are legally required or permitted to retain certain information; and Remove any HubSpot provided enriched data associated with your record in our systems, where applicable.

8. Data Security & Retention

 
We implement a combination of administrative, technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Security controls we use include:
  • Encryption (AES-256 for data storage & SSL/TLS for transmission)
  • Access controls (role-based permissions, multi-factor authentication)
  • Security Monitoring (Our systems are monitored for suspicious activity, unauthorized access attempts, and potential security threats)
  • Vendor security reviews (Third-party service providers are evaluated to ensure they meet the appropriate security and privacy standards)

We have a formalized retention policy.
