At this point it (hopefully) goes without saying that social media is the way for brands to reach young consumers, who are paying attention to few other kinds of marketing. But the type of content a brand posts can make or break their performance, as not all things on their feed are created equal. To find out exactly what content will resonate with Gen Z and Millennials, YPulse’s Social / Mobile Marketing Preferences survey asks 13-39-year-olds directly, “What do you want to see on a brand’s social media?” Their top 10 responses have everything to do with innovation and nano-creators...
