In turn, they eagerly anticipate, or just imagine, European summer vacations as an escape from their normal, mundane, and stressful daily routine. The number of Americans traveling to Europe during the summer is expected to significantly increase compared to previous years—and London, Paris, Dublin, Rome, Reykjavik, Amsterdam, and Lisbon are among the top destinations.   Young women specifically are creating videos showcasing their perfectly curated “European summer outfits” that often consist of floral or white dresses, maxi skirts, sandals, flowy linen pants, and gold jewelry. They’re romanticizing their trips and envisioning themselves in picturesque surroundings, leisurely enjoying a cappuccino at an outdoor café all while dressed in their version of posh, quiet luxury clothes.
