JOB DESCRIPTION 

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who can be the first point of contact for post-sale clients. By combining knowledge of client industries and business processes, with how customers uncover value with YPulse, our Customer Success Team drives adoption and utilization of our leading youth content and syndicated research. Each Customer Success Manager holds direct responsibility for renewing a book of business as well as identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell of additional market research opportunities, while being accountable for client satisfaction. Opportunities to partner with other departments in the business to include Marketing, Sales, and Product, as well as have direct interaction with Leadership.

This is a remote position based in the U.S.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • You are the customer’s primary point of contact managing the relationship through successful, ongoing partnership
  • Uncover additional upsell opportunities to allow for growth
  • Ensure adoption of YPulse by engaging with the clients on a regular basis
  • Provide clear visibility on renewal forecasting by actively managing clients through their renewal lifecycle

WHO YOU ARE

  • You are known for your strong work ethic and a hunter mentality
  • You have 2+ years of proven Customer Success experience, with a track record of managing customers strategically in transactional software, syndicated research or MarTech industry
  • Well versed in understanding customer needs and determining what product offerings will be most suitable for them
  • Strong relationship-building skills: you will provide high-caliber relationship development and oversee renewals, upselling and value attainment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • You bring a high-energy, positive mindset every day, embodying our principles
  • A passion for our purpose, promise & principles

BONUS POINTS

  • Background in Market Research, particularly Syndicated or Quantitative Research.
  • Expertise in youth, POC or LGBTQ+ demographics.
  • Familiarity with Western European markets.
  • Experience is Fashion, Media, Technology or Marketing.
  • Drive to be independent and work at your own pace.
