JOB DESCRIPTION 

We are looking for an Account Executive who can educate and evangelize our mission to new customers. As a member of the Business Development Team, you will help execute our strategy by nurturing and closing mid-market prospects into customers. Our goal is to be the most innovative, efficient, and effective customer-focused team, so we are looking for talent that exudes those qualities.

This is a remote position based in the U.S. with a preference for those residing in the Pacific or Mountain time zones.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Drive net-new revenue growth through new logo acquisition
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, leveraging a marketing flywheel and BDR outbound motion that brings monthly leads to build a pipeline
  • Spearhead the growth and adoption of YPulse by overachieving quota
  • Provide clear visibility on revenue performance by actively managing a pipeline of opportunities and monthly forecasts in Salesforce

WHO YOU ARE

  • You are known for your strong work ethic and a hunter mentality
  • You have 2+ years of proven B2B sales, with a track record of hitting and exceeding quotas
  • Well versed in understanding customer needs and determining what product offerings will be most suitable for them
  • Strong relationship-building skills: you will provide high-caliber relationship development and deal-making
  • You thrive working in a collaborative, competitive and fast paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience selling/managing pipelines with both fast-moving transactional deals and complex, consultative deals. Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting applications
  • A strong track record of quota attainment, and sales forecast accuracy
  • You bring a high-energy, positive mindset every day, embodying our principles
  • A passion for our purpose, promise & principles

BONUS POINTS

  • Mastery of MEDDICC, MEDDPICC and / or Sandler Sales techniques
  • Previous experience in syndicated market research
  • Experience with sales tools like Salesforce, SalesLoft, Zoominfo and others
