YPulse’s TV and Entertainment report shows that the majority are watching TV shows via streaming services, and Gen Z teens and young adults self-estimate spending an average of over eight hours a week watching TV shows. And while they’re renowned for binging their old comfortable favorites, the reality is that many prefer new TV content to a rewatch.
