Gen Z and Millennials in Western Europe are activists for more open conversations about mental health—driven by the fact that many are struggling with their own. In YPulse’s recent WE Health and Fitness Report, we asked young consumers in the U.K., France, Germany, Spain, and Italy if they often feel overwhelmed. While across the board, the answer is most likely yes, it does show more British Gen Z and Millennials frequently feeling overwhelmed than their European peers.
