Philippe Guelton becomes the first President of Thrillist Media Group. He will be responsible for overseeing content strategy across the organization and managing the editorial, marketing, front-end technology, and product-development teams. Janet Hsu rises to COO of Sanrio, Inc., the North American subsidiary of Sanrio, Co., which owns the Hello Kitty brand. She is the company’s first female COO; she had been President there. (Via Cynopsis)
Colleen Fitzpatrick has been named VP Music for the Nickelodeon. She previously ran Collective Songs, the licensing and publishing division of Collective. (Via Variety, reg required)

Pandora announces a series of hires to its sales team: Tommy Pizzo becomes Regional VP of the East Coast; he had been VP East Coast Sales at BrightRoll. Brian Colbert has been named Vice President of Mobile Advertising Sales; he had been senior Director of Mobile Advertising Sales and Strategy there. Brian Mikalis has been named SVP of Monetization and Mid-Market Sales; he had been VP of Performance, Inside, and Local Sales, there. (Via Marketwatch)
Daniel McHugh becomes CMO of Pabst Brewing Company, beer brand of choice for hipsters. He was previously VP of Trademark and Brands at Anheuser-Busch, as chief marketing officer. (Via MediaPost)
