Nickelodeon ups Frank Tanki to the newly created position of SVP/Nickelodeon Partnership Marketing and Operations. Tanki will be responsible for the development of Nickelodeon’s corporate marketing partnerships, as well as the operations for its marketing department, and will serve as the key marketing contact for Nick’s partnerships with DreamWorks Animation and Sony Music Group. Fleishman-Hillard International Communications announces that longtime McDonald’s Corp. communications executive John Blyth has joined the firm as a senior vice president and partner. (MediaPost, reg. required)

Lauren Dolgen has been promoted to SVP of MTV Series Development, West Coast for MTV. She will oversee west coast reality programming for the network and be responsible for managing west coast slate and staff, including the pending hire of several new executives. Dolgen created MTV’s hit reality series “16 & Pregnant” and oversaw the development of its spinoff, “Teen Mom.” (Deadline)

The Disney Channel has tapped Mexican helmer Patricia Riggen (“Under the Same Moon”) to direct its new TV movie musical “Lemonade Mouth,” based on the bestseller by Mark Peter Hughes. (Variety, reg. required)

Engineer Alex Payne has quit Twitter to join the social banking startup BankSimple as a co-founder. (TechCrunch)

Comcast Entertainment Group has re-upped Neal Tiles through 2013, signing the G4 president to a three-year renewal. Since joining G4 in September 2005, Tiles has played a defining role in establishing G4’s street cred among males 18-34, luring #1 geek crush Olivia Munn to co-host “Attack of the Show” and corralling a lineup of genre-busting programs like “Web Soup,” “Human Wrecking Balls” and “Ninja Warriors.” (MediaWeek)

Shannon Flaherty has been named lead copywriter at Bebe.com and Bebe Stores Inc. She had been lead copywriter at DisneyStore.com. (Mediabistro, reg. required)

Jeff Junge is appointed SVP/Online Games and Digital Games Platforms, Warner Bros. Digital Distribution, and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. He will report dually to Martin Tremblay President/Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and Thomas Gewecke, President/Warner Bros. Digital Distribution. (Cynopsis Kids)

Shana Corey has been named executive editor at Random House Children’s. She had been editor-at-large there. (Mediabistro, reg. required)

Rhino Entertainment president Scott Pascucci is leaving the company, and executive VP/general manager Kevin Gore will replace him at the top of Warner Music Group’s catalog division. (Variety, reg. required)
