Will a JoBro have to go? (Ad Age reports a "source's" modest proposal to cut costs by eliminating the least cute Jonas Brother. Also, a discussion of which Disney tween queen will reign supreme after "Hannah Montana" makes her exit. And Miley may be in hot water for striking an offensive pose) (Ad Age, reg. required) (Jim Hill Media) (MTV News)
- More on 'Outsourced' (the official website of the film YAB member Akanksha reviewed last week offers curriculum materials for high school, college and graduate school teachers who want to have viewings in class)
- An increase in kids sharing rooms (is part of an effort to save money during these hard times. Also, even bestselling toys like Barbie and Hot Wheels took a hit last year) (Atanta Journal Constitution) (Washington Post, reg. required)
- RocketOn partners with six youth-centric sites (where the social MMO will now display a flash-based virtual world overlay) (GigaOm)
- 'Be Big' (Clifford, the Big Red Dog and Scholastic encourages kids to make the world a better place by putting big ideas into action) (Cynopsis Kids)
- Who are you calling youth? (PSFK takes up the label of "youth culture" and asks whether it oversimplifies a more diverse population) (PSFK)
- Authenticity in product placement (young viewers won't buy the products, if they don't believe the placement) (Greg Rollett)
- Pete Doherty welcomes viewers into his home (for MTV UK. Let's just say it's not your typical episode of "Cribs") (The Daily Mail)
- Microsoft's Semblia (A new school teaching tool to help educators integrate audio and video into their lesson plans. Plus Poken , a new hi-tech line of toys, with a social networking component) (ReadWriteWeb) (PSFK)
- Converse's 'My Drive Thru' (sung by 5th graders!) (Songs For A Soap)

That Jonas story shouldn't have been here. A sign of trolling for visitors – there was only one purpose, to get the girls all upset and get more traffic to their site.
As for the article about the singing. That always makes me laugh when they say that there voices are on auto-tuners. Guess what? The vocals on every album you purchase featuring the traditional version of singing has auto-tuning on the vocals.
