A guy came up with idea while he was working at Mattel. Big deal! A moderate ruling in the Bratz case would have been that the company has to pay a small royalty to Mattel. George W. Bush appointed the federal judge who made this extreme ruling on behalf of the bigger corporation. Don't vote for Republicans for president.
