    Being rich or successful doesn't make her any less a victim. Her money doesn't negate copyright law or justify the theft of her intellectual property. Even the fact that she planned to do something similar in order to raise money for charity isn't really relevent. It's either right or it's wrong, legal or illegal, and any other circumstances really don't come into it.
