Dan Fletcher is named as Facebook‘s Managing Editor, a new position at the social networking site. Fletcher was previously social media director at Bloomberg News. (Via Medialife)
Adam Hirsch is named Chief Digital Officer at DoSomething.org. Hirsch will oversee all member engagement for the teen social-change group, including social media, product development, and mobile. He was previously COO of Mashable and one of its early employees, and he will continue to serve as an adviser to the tech site. (Via Ad Age)
Sandra Dewey has been promoted to EVP and Head of Business Affairs for Turner Entertainment Networks and Cartoon Network Originals. Dewey has been with Turner and Warner Bros. since 1993. (Via Variety, reg required)
