Look at the media coverage. Obama has the money to spend (because he reneged on the campaign finance promise), McCain does not. Just because he didn't visit your particular campus (out of over 3,000 in the country) isn't really the issue, is it? Why not ask your local media why the pre-visit coverage was so disparate? One event was downtown during work hours and the other at 11pm, yet both were attended by 40,000-100,000 people - no tickets required. I have no idea if McCain has even been to this area. Checking the website seems to show that Palin is doing a tour down here while McCain is retiring from tour on 1st November. This is worrying considering that Florida is probably going to be the deciding battleground, and one of the generals is not even here. Shame as I'd quite like to see McCain speak to contrast him with Obama, but looks like it's not going to happen.
