I work for Lala.com's PR team and highly recommend it for music discovery (not just cause I work for them, I truly think it's a wonderful service). Lala is like iTunes meets the social web. You can upload your entire music collection onto the web and purchase web songs for just 10 cents. You can also browse your friend’s online collections, listen to their playlists, and get updates when they add or recommend new music. Best recommendations come from your friends and word of mouth, and I've discovered a ton of new music by following folks on Lala (especially when I get bored of my own collection). You can check it out here: www.lala.com
