Courtenay Palaski is upped to VP/Public Relations for Turner‘s Animation, Young Adults & Kids Media Group. Palaski’s expanded role includes oversight of all public relations strategies for Cartoon Network, Adult Swim and Boomerang series. She joined the Cartoon Network in 1998 and previously worked in development at TNT, publicity for Turner Pictures, and prior to that for the Samuel Goldwyn Company, and The New Yorker. Tanya Giles is promoted to EVP of Strategic Insights and Research for the unit that encompasses Comedy Central, Spike TV and TV Land for MTV Networks Entertainment Group. Giles was previously SVP of Research and Planning. (Via Variety)
