Jeffrey Kaufman joins Alloy Digital and will serve as the Senior Vice President, Digital Video. In this role, he will lead programming and brand strategy for Alloy's multiple video channels, including original YouTube channels "Shut Up! Cartoons", Deepak Chopra's "The Chopra Well", and "ClevverNews". Jeffrey brings nearly twenty years of media experience to Alloy including expertise in programming development, content and distribution strategy, and social marketing. He previously served as a brand and strategy consultant for YouTube and prior to that, he held the role of VP, Strategic Programming for Howcast Media, where he led branded entertainment initiatives and successfully launched several ground-breaking video-focused social media campaigns across YouTube and Facebook. Fox Networks Group makes several changes following announcements that it will separate its publishing business from its film and television division. Peter Rice becomes the Chairman and Chief Executive of the Fox Networks Group. Since 2010 he's served as Chairman of Entertainment for Fox Networks Group and prior to that he was President of Fox Searchlight and an Executive for Twentieth Century Fox. Ross Cohen has been appointed to the newly selected position of Senior Vice President of Digital Inventory Strategy for Viacom Media Networks. In this position, he'll oversee strategy and processes for the company's Data Management Platform and inventory systems for online and mobile platforms of its Media Networks, including MTV, VH1, CMT, Logo, Nickelodeon, COMEDY CENTRAL, SPIKE, and TV Land.
