A Decade After Columbine: Lessons Learned And Questions Unanswered

I don’t remember where I was when I first found out about the Columbine shooting, but I do recall the lingering anxiety that came afterward. As an eighth-grader on the brink of entering high school, I had already been slightly nervous about the unknown. After Columbine and the subsequent string of somber classroom discussions, that normal adolescent fear took on a deeper, more serious undertone.

In light of the tenth anniversary of the Columbine school shooting and the renewed media attention it has raised about the multitude of related issues including school safety, gun violence and bullying, we’ve collected a few recent thought-provoking articles.
